Mon - Sat: 9 a.m. until dusk
Sun: 11 a.m. until dusk
Description:

FIREARMS PERMITTED

Rifles (In Pistol Caliber).

Pistols (Restricted and Prohibited).

Shotguns.

 

MEMBER QUALIFICATION

RS or RS2.

To use handguns on this range, members must have Holster Qualification (such as IPSC, Sharon Black Badge, etc.).

 

NON-QUALIFIED MEMBERS

May only use holsters during an SGC-sanctioned course and under the direct supervision of an instructor.

 

GUESTS

Holster-qualified guests must be under the direct supervision of a qualified member or instructor.

 

BOXING AND UNBOXING

At the Safety Bench inside the building or on a table outside. 

Firearms must face down range and be in a safe condition with actions open, magazines (and all ammunition) removed. 

 

REACTIVE TARGETS

Clay target and properly shrouded steel targets may be used ONLY with prior approval from the Board of Directors.

 

ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS

  • The muzzle must never be raised/pointed above the range backstop. This means no "high-muzzle" reloads during practical/action shooting.
