Description:

FIREARMS PERMITTED

Pistols (Restricted and Prohibited).

Rifles

  • Pistol Caliber, chambered in 9mm Luger, 40 S&W or 45 A
  • Rifle calibers at the right side bench only (minimum rounds required to get “on paper” only. Move to R3 to “zero.”

Shotguns  

  • Bird Shot, Buckshot, and Shotgun Slugs: Minimum rounds required to get “on paper.” Move to R3 to “zero.”

MEMBER QUALIFICATION

Members MUST PASS the Sharon Handgun Safety course to shoot handguns on this range.

NON-QUALIFIED MEMBERS

Must be under the direct supervision of a qualified member or instructor.

GUESTS

Must be under the supervision of a qualified member or instructor.

BOXING AND UNBOXING

At the Rifle Bench on the right side of the range, at the shooting stalls or at the safety tables. Firearms must face in a safe direction and be in a safe condition.

REACTIVE TARGETS

Not permitted.

ADDITIONAL RESTRICTIONS

  • The muzzle must never be raised/pointed above the range backstop. This means no “high-muzzle reloads” during practical/action shooting. 
  • Members must remove shot targets and clean up range after use.
