DESCRIPTION

A large sand pit used for Cowboy Action and various handgun disciplines.

Pistols - restricted and prohibited

Rifles in pistol caliber

Shotguns

MEMBER QUALIFICATION

RS and RS2 - must be Holster Qualified to use handguns on this range (example IPSC, or Sharon Black Badge etc.)

NON-QUALIFIED MEMBER

Non-qualified members may not use holsters unless under the supervision of an instructor during a SGC sanctioned course.

GUESTS

Holster qualified guests under supervision of qualified member

BOXING AND UNBOXING

At safety bench inside the building or on a table outside facing down range.  Firearms must be in a safe condition with actions open, magazines (and all ammunition) removed.

REACTIVE TARGETS

Only BOARD OF DIRECTORS approved clay targets and properly shrouded steel targets.
